The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that without disclosing the earlier dismissal, the Lower Court counsel had insisted him to file a present petition.

He would seek apology and he also seek for withdrawal of the petition.

2. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
