O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.142/Ni4/18-1 dated 02.08.2018 and permit the petitioners to admit the students for the academic year 20182019, till the completion of District wise counselling conducted by the respondents.

2. The petitioners have established Industrial Schools [I.T.I] offering vocational courses. The petitioners have come forward with this writ petition stating that the admission of the students have not been finalised but the respondent has issued the circular dated 02.08.2018 intimating the petitioners that admission of students should be finalised on or before 16.08.2018 and that the list of admitted students should be submitted on or before 20.08.2018.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners have produced the circular before this Court issued by the respondent dated 10.09.2018 extending the last date of admission of students upto 14.09.2018. It is further stated in the circular that the submission of list of students admitted should be on or before 24.09.2018. With the extension of time, by the circular dated 10.09.2018, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that, no further order is required in this writ petition. This writ petition is closed, after recording the extension of time as stated in the circular.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
