This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent would submit on the complaint given by one Venkatesh, enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.9 of 2020 and the same has been closed on 31.05.2020. He would further submit that the respondent police is not harassing the petitioner. 3.It is made clear that now the complaint has been closed and the respondent police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass her.
