2. These miscellaneous petitions seeking stay of execution of judgment passed by the appellate court were filed in the year 2022. This Court, by order dated 06.07.2022 hasgranted interim stay in both these petitions until further orders. Thereafter, both the petitions have been kept pending till this date without any further orders. In the said circumstances, no useful purpose will be served in keeping these miscellaneous petitions pending, at this length of time and hence, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.

3. Post the Second Appeals along with CMP.No.8348 of 2023 on 10.06.2025 for arguments.
