SUDESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.KRISHNAMOORTHY, Advocate for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the Petitioner/Appellant, seeking to permit the petitioner to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount with accrued interest lying in the account of MACTOP.No.1443 of 2013 on the file of Special Subordinate Judge/MACT, Tirupattur, Vellore District.
2. Considering the reason stated by the petitioner he is permitted to withdraw 25% of the deposited amount with accrued interest lying in the above said account.
