(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by husband and father of the detenues, namely, K.Ananthi and K.Sanjay Suriya for a direction to the respondents to produce the detenues before this Court and set them at liberty.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that his wife and son went missing on 02.09.2014, in connection with which, a case in Crime No.1145 of 2014 has been registered on 17.9.2014 for woman and child missing and investigation is in progress.
3. It is seen that even according to the petitioner, his wife, being a major, along with his son has eloped with the first respondent, which cannot be stated to be a case of illegal detention.
4. In the light of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed, however, with a direction to the second respondent to proceed with the investigation in Crime No.1145 of 2014 and keep the petitioner informed about the developments.
