This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to transfer the case from the file of the respondent police and direct the CBCID Police to investigate the matter.

2. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that after getting a statement from the defacto complainant, three more persons, by name, Govindaraj, Swaminathan and Chinnapillai were arrayed as accused no.4 to 6 and case was also altered into offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b) and 307 of IPC and investigation is pending.
