The above Civil Revision Petition is filed for expediting the hearing of Wakf OP which has been filed as early as in the year 2017,originally at the Jurisdiction namely Dindigul and thereafter, the same has been transferred to the Tribunal at Chennai and the respondents are yet to file their VAKALATH. The issue involved is the eviction of the tenant, who has been in arrears of rent.

The learned Tamil Nadu Waqf Tribunal, Chennai is directed to dispose of the W.O.P.No.14 of 2017 within a period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order or production of the order.

In the result, the Civil Revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
