This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3142 of 2025 dated 07.02.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition 7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3142 of 2025 dated 07.02.2025 is relaxed.
