2.Learned counsel for the plaintiffs would confirm that the dispute is not pursued as regards D2 who stands given up.

3.In view of the above submissions, the suit is decreed in terms of the Memo of Compromise between the plaintiffs and the first defendant dated 18.08.2017, which shall form part and parcel of the decree. Consequently, connected applications are closed. Parties to bear their own costs.
