This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No. 4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30641 of 2024, dated 16.12.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, everyday at 10:30 a.m. until further order.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was arrested on 06.07.2024 and released on 15.10.2024 in Crime No.158 of 2024 on the file of the City Cyber Crime Police Station, Coimbatore; that he was arrested on 24.09.2024 and released on 16.12.2024 in Crime No.05 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police; and that he was arrested on 19.11.2024 and released on 17.02.2025 in Crime No.312 of 2024 on the file of the F3 Nugambakkam Police Station herein. He further submitted that in all these cases, while granting bail, the trial Court and this Court, had directed the petitioner to appear before the respective respondent police every day, which is at Coimbatore, Mayiladuthurai, and Nungambakkam, respectively; that though the orders of bail were passed in Cr.No.158 of 2024, Coimbatore, and Cr.No.05 of 2024, Mayiladuthurai, the petitioner was in custody; that he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody in the instant case, and hence, he was unable to appear before the respondent police 2/5
in the aforesaid crime numbers.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police confirmed the above-mentioned facts.

Since the petitioner is involved in three cases that are registered in Coimbatore, Mayiladuthurai, and before the respondent police herein, this Court is of the view that the conditions imposed by JM-IV, Coimbatore in Crl.M.P.No.33094 of 2024 in Cr.No.158 of 2024, by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30641 of 2024 in Cr.No.05 of 2024 before the respondent police herein and by the learned XIV MM, Egmore Chennai, Crl.M.P.No.2267 of 2025 before the F3 Nungambakkam Police Station can be modified as follows: (a). The petitioner shall report before the Coimbatore City Cyber Crime Police Station, in respect of Crime No.158 of 2024, every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks i.e., from 02.04.2025 to 16.04.2025; (b) Thereafter, the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Police Station, CCD-III, Mayiladuthurai in respect of Crime No.05 of 2024 every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks i.e., from 17.04.2025 to 01.05.2025;
(c) Thereafter the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, 3/5
Nungambakkam Police Station in respect of Crime No.312 of 2024, every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks i.e., from 02.05.2025 to 16.05.2025. (d) After complying with the aforesaid conditions, thereafter, the petitioner report before the respective respondents, as and when required for interrogation.
5. It is made clear that all other conditions imposed by the trial Court as well as this Court shall remain unaltered.
6. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is ordered 18.03.2025 dk To 1.The Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Police Station, CCD - III, Mayiladuthurai.
