ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court dated 17.02.2014 passed in W.P.No.4590 of 2014 has not been complied with by the respondent herein, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition.

2.By order dated 17.02.2014, this Court directed the respondent herein to consider the representation of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner dated 03.02.2014 in the light of the earlier

orders passed by this Court and to pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the request of the petitioner for appointing him to the post of Instructor was rejected by the Government. He has also produced a copy of the letter in Letter (D) No.25 dated 30.01.2015 addressed to the Principal Secretary/Commissioner of Technical Education by the Secretary to Government.

4.Since the order has been complied with, nothing survives for consideration in this contempt petition and the same is closed.
