Respondent Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent relating to the order dated 06.07.2016, to quash the same to the limited extent of refusal to conduct to dance program on 12.07.2016 in the annual festival at Sri Mariyammal Temple at Visamangalam Post, Tirupathur Taluk, Vellore District and consequential directions to the respondent to permit the petitioner to conduct the dance program at 08.00 p.m., on 12.07.2016 in the above temple by imposing stringent conditions for performance of the program.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to quash the order dated 06.07.2016 passed by the respondent, rejecting the application submitted by the petitioner to conduct the dance program on 12.07.2016 in the annual festival at Sri https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Mariyammal Temple at Visamangalam Post, Tirupathur Taluk, Vellore District and consequential directions to the respondent to permit the petitioner to conduct the dance program at 08.00 p.m., on 12.07.2016 in the above temple by imposing stringent conditions for performance of the program.

2. In view of the fact that the permission sought for to conduct cultural programmes on 12.07.2016 was rejected in proceedings, dated 06.07.2016, due to lapse of time, the cause aroused for the purpose of filing the present writ petition did not exist as of now.
