This petition has been filed to implead the legal heirs of the deceased V.Soorya Rao, to contest Crl.A.No.121 of 2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3.Since the appellant V.Soorya Rao died on 22.01.2015 during the pendency of Crl.A.No.121 of 2015, this petition is allowed and his legal heirs/petitioners herein are permitted to step into his shoes.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary impleadment.
