challenging the order passed under Section 80-A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971. The learned counsel on record for the petitioner also has made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Senior Counsel and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel on record for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
