Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 05.06.2017.

3.Mr.K.Govi Ganesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a representation dated 05.06.2017 to the third respondent for rectifying the mistake in the computer patta issued in favour of the petitioner. However, the third responden has not passed any order so far.

4.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents submitted that the third respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law. 5.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2017, for rectifying the mistake in the computer patta issued in favour of the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
