ORDER
This Sub Application is filed to reopen the Contempt Petition No.2469 of 2022 which was closed on 18.08.2023.
2.The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the respondent without taking into account of the recommendations of the District Level Empowered Committee, sanctioned a sum of Rs.90,000/- towards cashless
facility and credited only a sum of Rs.1,10,000/- on 13.04.2022, totally a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- as against the claim of Rs.3,30,108/- was alone paid. According to the counsel, the applicant was entitled to a sum of Rs.3,30,108/-, and so the failure to pay the balance sum of Rs.1,30,000/-, amounts to clear violation of this Court order, dated 23.02.2022, passed in W.P.No.22593 of 2021. It is seen that in the aforesaid W.P.No.22593 of 2021, this Court while disposing of the same issued only a direction to the first respondent to pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible and to settle the medical bills of the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. In pursuance of the said order the applicant was paid Rs.1,05,500/- vide order dated 17.03.2025. If there is any dispute regarding the amount, the applicant's remedy will be only to challenge the order dated 17.03.2025, but the applicant cannot reopen the Contempt Petition. Therefore, I find no merits in the Sub Application and hence the same is dismissed.
3.Accordingly, this Sub Application is dismissed. No Costs. 23-04-2025
