Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2. 3.

Though very many contentions have been raised in the writ petition, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that enquiry, based on the petitioners' representation, has been posted on 15.05.2015 and therefore, it would suffice if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders within a stipulated time. 4.

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to complete the enquiry, scheduled to be held on 15.05.2015, and pass appropriate orders, on or before 25.05.2015.
