Alleging that the order passed by this Court has not been complied with by the respondent, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Heard Mr.V.Ramana Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr.Akhil Akbar Ali, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent.

3. It appears that measurement has been taken in pursuant to the order passed by this Court. However, the respondent stating that the land is required for some other purpose. This Court is of the view that the said decision would not amount to wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court, as no specific direction on merits has been issued. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
