ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "Call for the records with respect to the impugned Email dated 25.05.2023 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and directing the 2nd respondent to reinstate the petitioner as an Assistant Professor in the Civil Engineering Department without insisting for Mandatory completion of Ph. D., Degree with all back wages with interest."

2. The petitioner seeks to quash an e-mail issued by the 2nd respondent dated 25.05.2023 and also seeks a direction directing the 2nd respondent to reinstate him in service. However, the 2nd respondent is a private college and is not amenable to the writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. As the relief sought for is against the 2nd respondent, a private institution, the writ petition is not maintainable.
