ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein was arrested for the alleged offence under Section 174 Cr.P.C altered into 302 IPC, in Crime No.77 of 2022 seeks bail.

2. The petitioner herein had attacked his wife on her head and later, strangulated causing her death. This has happened due to the dispute between the husband and wife regarding the liquor bottle, which was kept by the petitioner in the home and the same was consumed by the deceased herself. The postmortem report indicates that the deceased has sustained multiple injuries all over the body and detected ethyl alcohol in viscera report.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police states that the investigation is almost completed and the final report not yet filed.
