Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2022 and thereby direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to give planning permission in respect of the property in Survey No.152/2A, 3523, as per Patta New Survey No.152/2A1A, No.2, Vandalur Village, Chengalpet Taluk and District totally to an extent of 18 + 29.01 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

ORDER

This writ petition is premature seeing as the petitioner seeks a mandamus directing the respondents to dispose the representation dated which has been filed on 16.03.2022 and which has been received on 17.03.2022.

2. It would be appropriate for the petitioner to pursue the matter before the authorities giving them sufficient time to process the same in accordance with law. This writ petition is dismissed as premature. No costs.
