Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2022 and thereby direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to register any kind of documents in respect of the property in Survey No.152/2A, 3523, as per Patta New Survey No.152/2A1A, No.2, Vandalur Village, Chengalpet Taluk and District totally to an extent of 18+29.01+12+30 3⁄4 +24 1⁄4 =114.01 cents out of Acres 2.42 cents attempted to encumber the properties by the respondents 4 to 18.
