This Criminal Appeal is filed against the judgment of the learned Sessions Judge (Mahila Court) Cuddalore dated 07.01.2009 made in S.C.No.230 of 2008.

2. In an earlier order dated 15.03.2018, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the accused undergone the sentence.

3. Today i.e 22.03.2018 when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Inspector of Police, Kattumannarkoil Circle, Incharge of Srimushnam has appeared before this court and reported that the accused has undergone the sentence imposed by the Trial Court.
