ORDER

This petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents police 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioners and his family members' life by considering the petitioner complaint dated 12.02.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 and 3 and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 12.02.2025, the enquiry has been conducted and closed on 15.02.2025.

4. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
