Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 praying to punish the respondent for willfully disobeying the order dated 23.06.2015 passed in W.P.No.17880 of 2015.

ORDER
This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 23.06.2015 and made in W.P.No.17880 of 2015.
2.Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate.
3.The learned Government Advocate today produced the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Sholinganallur, dated 07.03.2016 made in RC11815/2015 B3, wherein it has been stated among other things that the transfer of the registry in this case as required by the petitioner cannot be considered at this stage unless the decree of the Additional Munisiff Court, Alandur in O.S.No.918/2012 dated 27.08.2014 is amended in respect of the document no.9152/2006 and the petitioners are advised to approach the undersigned with the amended decree of the judgment in respect of the said suit.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners prays for further time to get necessary instructions. 5.The order passed in the writ petition is directing the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioners representation dated 10.02.2015 in accordance with law after putting on notice the persons concerned and since in compliance of the order, the Tahsildar, Sholinganallur has passed an order dated 07.03.2016, now nothing survives for further adjudication in this contempt petition and therefore, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, if
the petitioners are so advised, they are at liberty to challenge the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Sholinganallur, dated 07.03.2016 in accordance with law before the competent forum.
