PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS Act, to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.5(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30a.m., for a period of two weeks, thereafter every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.30753 of 2024, dated 09.12.2024.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.5(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30a.m., for a period of two weeks, thereafter every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.30753 of 2024, dated 09.12.2024.

2. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police, submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition for more than eight days.

3. Since the petitioner had not complied with the condition for more than eight days, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition.
