2.In and by the said order this Court directed the respondent to investigate and register the case and proceed further in accordance with law.

3. On notice, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case has been registered in pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner in Crime No.55 of 2015.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the case has been registered, this contempt petition stands closed.
