This application has been filed by the applicant seeking to implead the second respondent herein as proposed respondent in O.P.No.815 of 2017.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the first respondent company is under liquidation and the second respondent herein has been appointed as the Official Liquidator for the first respondent company. Therefore, the learned counsel prayed this Court to allow this Application.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Application and having regard to the above submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this Court is inclined to allow this Application. Accordingly, this Application is allowed and the learned counsel for the applicant is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title of O.P.No.815 of 2017, within a period of two weeks from the date of this order.
