Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition the order dated 29.08.2017, passed in the above Crl.O.P.No.23132 of 2016 the conditions of furnishing of one blood related surety by each of the petitioners.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.GIRITHARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. K.MATHAN, Govt.Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court, in Crl. O.P. No.23132 of 2016 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on 29.8.17 on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/= with two sureties for a like sum out of whom one shall be a blood related surety. Along with the said condition, several other conditions were also imposed.

2. The present petition has been filed for modification of the said condition on the ground that the petitioners have not been able to mobilise any blood related surety.

3. Since it is informed that the parties have arrived at a compromise before the Mediation Centre, this Court is of the view that the said condition relating to blood related surety stands modified to any solvent surety. Rest of the conditions imposed vide order dated 29.8.17 in Crl. O.P. No.23132 of 2016 remains the same. Time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of the amended copy of the order to comply with the order dated 29.8.17 passed in Crl.O.P.No.23132 of 2017.
