Alleging that the order passed by this Court has not been complied with by the respondent, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Heard Mr.V.Chandrakanthan, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr.Akhil Akbar Ali, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate has produced the proceedings of the Tahsildar in letter in Na.Ka.AA3/3466/2016, dated 18.10.2016.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that survey has not been done properly. This Court feels that the said contention cannot be a ground for calling the respondent for Contempt. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the order passed by this Court, he will work out the remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
