ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the case in Crime No.216 of 2022 on the file of the 2nd Respondent police to CBCID or to some other Agency and pass such further or other orders.

2. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that investigation in this case is completed and final report is filed for the offences under Section 294(b) of IPC and 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015.

3. In the light of the submissions of learned Government Advocate that final report is filed, there is no need for transfer of investigation.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if he is aggrieved. 29.03.2023 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non speaking order gd 2/4
