CMP No.15404 of 2016 in CMA SR No.91926 of 2015 T.RAJA, J., Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The injured claimant has been granted a sum of Rs.6,88,858/-, as against the claim of Rs.15,00,000/- for the multiple injuries sustained by him. After the award amount was deposited and withdrawn by the claimant, with a huge delay of three years, the claimant once again attempts to reopen the issue for further compensation. As there is a huge and unexplained delay of 990 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, this Court is not able to find any sufficient cause to condone the delay. Therefore, the delay petition in CMP No.15404 of 2016 is dismissed. CMA SR.No.91926 of 2015 stands rejected.
