ORDER

(The matter is heard through "Video-conferencing/ Hybrid mode") Both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 05.04.2016 made in I.A.No.42 of 2016 in O.S.No.18 of 2013 on the file of the Additional District Court, Dharmapuri. Pending Civil Revision Petition, the suit in O.S.No.18 of 2013 was dismissed for default on 01.08.2016 and I.A. filed to restore the said suit was also dismissed for default. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further submitted that petitioner has also filed I.A. to restore the I.A. filed to restore the suit, the same is pending and hence, seeks liberty to proceed with the Civil Revision Petition after restoration of the suit. 2/4

3.Recording the above submissions, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to proceed with the Civil Revision Petition once suit is restored. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
