ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to provide monetary assistance vide the CM Public Relief Fund Assistance under Social Security Scheme to the petitioner based 1/4

on petitioner's application in No.Pa/85198/19 dated 16.07.2019.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that her husband was attacked by one Muniyasami and caused him to death. While so, the petitioner made a representation dated 16.07.2019, before the respondent seeking compensation under the Social Security Scheme & CM Public Relief Fund Assistance Scheme. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed seeking the aforesaid relief.

3. Though very many grounds have been raised in the present writ petition, it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.07.2019 and pass appropriate orders within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has no objection for the said order being passed.

5. Heard learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court 2/4

without going into the merits of the case directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.07.2019 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
