O R D E R

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition passed in Crl.M.P.No.1543 of 2020 in Crl.A.No.77 of 2020 dated 27.02.2020 to stay at Trichy and appear before the Trichy Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were enlarged on bail vide order dated 27.02.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.1543 of 2020 pending disposal of the Crl.A.No.77 of 2020 with the condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties to the satisfaction of XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate at Saidapet, Chennai and the petitioners 1 and 2 shall stay at Trichy and appear before the Trichy Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

3.He further submitted that the petitioner complied with the condition till Covid-19 pandemic, thereafter the petitioner was unable to stay in Trichy and they returned to Chennai. The petitioners are street vendors and due to the condition imposed, they were unable to carry out their work and make earnings for their family and prays to modify the condition imposed on them. 4.In view of the same, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every English Calender Month at about 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
