District Munisif Court, Erode,(in CMP.No.9884/2018) pending disposal of the above SA.No.184/2016.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of S.KAITHAMALAI KUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.V.VENKATASESHAN, Advocate for the on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to return the Original documents EX.A1 and Ex.A2, which are sale deeds. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
The Petitioners have produced the above said documents with certified copies. Hence, Registry is directed to hand over the Original Sale deed to the plaintiffs subject to the condition that the petitioners shall produce the documents as and when demanded by this Court.
