ORDER
Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the respondents.

This writ petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS, directing the respondents, to consider and pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 25.01.2016, with regard to making of the entries in the Revenue Records concerned, in respect of the lands covered under patta Nos.559, 203 and 371, in Thumanapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned Senior Counsel, appearing on behalf of the fifth respondent had submitted that the second respondent has passed an order, dated 01.09.2014, stating that the parties concerned should work out their remedies, with regard to their claims, in the pending suit, in O.S.No.158 of 2012, on the file of the Sub Court, Hosur, in respect of the lands covered under patta Nos.559, 203 and 371, in Thumanapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, and the said order had not been challenged by the petitioner herein, till date.
4. In such circumstances, this Court finds no cause or reason to grant the relief, as prayed for by the petitioner, in the present writ petition. However, it goes without saying, that it would be open to the petitioner to make his claim, with regard to the making of the entries in the Revenue Records concerned, in respect of the lands covered under patta Nos. 559, 203 and 371, in Thumanapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, based on the decision to be rendered by the Sub Court, Hosur, in O.S.No.158 of 2012.
5. The writ petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs.
