(Order of the Court was made by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) These petitions are filed by the petitioner/appellant seeking to accept the cause title stated in the above appeals.

2. Heard Dr.Vandana Parvez / party - in - person, petitioner / appellant.

3. We perused the affidavits filed by the petitioner in support of these petitions, wherein, it has been stated that a batch of 7 CMSAs has been filed on 11.12.2023 against a common order dated 27.09.2023 passed by the Tamil Nadu Real Estate Appellate Tribunal. Now, the petitioner / appellant has sought to implead one M/s. WS Industries and M/s. Raghava Suare Pvt Ltd, as respondent Nos.13 & 14, respectively, in the above CMSAs. Hence, the present petitions came to be filed.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 4, who submitted that the proposed respondents are in no way connected with the issue involved herein and hence, they are not necessary parties to the proceedings. 1/3

5. Considering the fact that the proposed parties were not at all parties to the impugned order dated 27.09.2023 passed by the Tamil Nadu Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, this court is not inclined to implead them as parties to the present appeal proceedings. In such view of the matter, the present petitions are closed and the petitioner is directed to file the appeal papers arraying the parties, who were the parties before the Tribunal alone.
