JUDGMENT

On an earlier occasion, when the case came up for hearing on 24.06.2024, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the sole respondent died and sought time to implead legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent.

2. No steps has been taken to implead the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent till date.
