2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the direction issued in the main Writ Petition, the representation of the petitioner dated 14.06.2024 was considered and an order has also been passed by the Tahsildar in her proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1300/2026/B2 dated 13.04.2026, recommending to the jurisdictional Revenue Divisional Officer to issue patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the subject property.
