This matter is listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner in respect of the order passed on 07.04.2022.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in paragraph Nos.4 and 5, the representation date was wrongly typed as '03.01.2012' instead of '03.01.2022'. Accordingly, the learned counsel seeks clarification on the date in the above said paragraphs of the order dated 07.04.2022.

3. In view of the said submission, the date '03.01.2012' mentioned in paragraph Nos.4 and 5 of the order dated 07.04.2022, passed in the above Writ Petition shall be replaced with '03.01.2022'.

4. It is made clear that in all other respects, the order dated 07.04.2022, shall remain unaltered.

5. The issue is clarified, accordingly.

6. The Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and issue fresh copy of the order, in accordance with law.
