Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in and by its proceedings in F.No.APSO4205(2015)/ B.Ed/TN/2015/63528; APSO1015/D.T.Ed.; APSO6233/D.T.Ed.A1 dated 27.04.2015 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to run the B.Ed., D.T.Ed.A1 courses.
