The petitioner has filed this contempt petition to punish the respondents for disobeying the orders of this Court in W.P.No.1487 of 2014 dated 12.09.2017.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents that against the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.1487 of 2014, a writ appeal has been filed before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court and the Division Bench has stayed the order passed by this Court.

3. In view of the above, the contempt petition stands closed.
