O.A.No.238 of 2021 in C.S.No.416 of 2020 V.PARTHIBAN,J Learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 would submit that though they initially had reservation for allowing the workmen despite an interim order was passed by this Court, in view of the declaration of containment zone in the locality, after arguments, the learned counsel for the respondents would come forward and submit that the workmen would be allowed to enter the premises for the purposes for which the application has been filed by the applicant and the order passed on 20.04.2021.

2. Recording the above statement of the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 6, this application is adjourned for further hearing on 30.04.2021 with an understanding that the workmen would be allowed to work in the premises mentioned in the application.

3. The matter is adjourned to 30.04.2021 in order to ascertain as to whether the work has been carried out by engaging the service of the outside contractor.
