This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider her representation dated 14.10.2016 for cancelling the settlement deed dated 19.02.2010 registered as Document No.1039 of 2010 in the Sub Registrar, Redhills.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.Even according to the petitioner, the petitioner has executed a settlement deed in favour of her son, who is mentally unsound and he is now under the care and custody of the fourth respondent. For the treatment of her son, the petitioner wants the property in her name, so as to sell it. Instead of seeking for a cancellation of the settlement deed dated 19.02.2010 executed by her in favour of her son, the petitioner can approach the appropriate Court for necessary permission for the above stated relief.

4.In view of the foregoing reasons, this petition is not maintainable and therefore, the same is dismissed accordingly. No costs.
