This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to vacate the interim order of suspension granted by this Court on 22.09.2017.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned counsel for 1st respondent appeared and submitted that the other respondents were remained exparte. No representation on the side of appellant.

3. On perusal of records, it is seen that at the time of admission, there is an order of interim suspension of judgment and decree was granted by this court, but on seeing the conduct of appellant, he was not ready and not interested to proceed with the matter. Hence, the earlier order of interim suspension of judgment and decree granted by this court is vacated. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition No.3872 of 2018 is allowed.
