ORDER

Alleging that the order of this court dated 01.07.2014 made in W.P.No.3998 of 2014 has not been complied with by the respondent, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned Additional Advocate General has produced an order passed by the Tahsildar, Chidambaram, in Na.Ka.B4/7705/2013 dated 05.02.2015 which shows that a proposal for settlement of retirement benefits has been sent by the Tahasildar to the Accountant General, Chennai.

3. In view of the above, no more adjudication is required in this matter and the contempt petition is accordingly closed.
