ORDER

The petition is filed to set aside the order of dismissal dated 17.02.2025 made in C.R.P. No.2986 of 2024 and C.M.P. No.5969 of 2025.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this matter has been settled between the parties and to that effect a Memo of Compromise dated 28.04.2025 has also been filed before this Court. Hence, he prayed that the main revision may be disposed of in terms of memo of compromise.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the Civil Revision Petition is hereby restored.
