These petitions have been filed to amend the Respondent name as 'State Represented by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, CBI/SPE/ACB/Chennai', instead of 'State represented by the Deputy Superintendent of police, Chennai', in the above Criminal Original Petitions.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and list the matter on 20.03.2025.
